Lieutenant Colonel Branson Rector, USA (Ret.), is the Principal of Rector & Associates, a strategic advisory firm specializing in leadership development, AI integration, and operational logistics in complex environments.
LTC Rector brings over 40 years of military leadership and humanitarian operations experience. His recent work focused on strategic planning and operational logistics for disaster response and humanitarian assistance missions across Latin America and the Caribbean. He contributed to the success of earthquake recovery efforts in Haiti by ensuring the seamless integration of logistics, sustainment, and interagency collaboration to support affected communities.
